Join Glasgow Libraries at the CLIC

We now stock Glasgow Libraries membership forms and cards. This means that students and staff at Langside College, as people who either live or work in Glasgow, can now join Glasgow Libraries without the hassle of actually going to a public library! Simply fill in the membership form, which is now available from the College Learning Information Centre (no proof of address is required), and hand it in at our Issue Desk. We will then immediately issue you with your public library membership card which you can then use to access the wide range of resources and services provided by Glasgow Libraries, which complement those provided by us, including:
access to all public libraries in Glasgow including the Mitchell Library;
24 hour online library with a good selection of online resources particularly on business, news & current affairs;
large book stock including novels, factual books (including local history collection) and childrens’ books;
selection of CDs, DVDs, newspapers & magazines;
free Internet access and printing, fax & photocopying;
community information, events & activities.
